DISPOSAL OF EXPIRED DRUGS AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES AT THE COUNTY HEALTH FACILITIES (DISPOSAL SERVICES)

1. The MINISTRY OF HEALTH hereafter referred as [the county] invites sealed tenders for transportation and disposal
   services.

The (county Government of kitui) invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. solid waste collection, and disposal of
accumulated medical waste at the county health facilities (Disposal Services)

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all.
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g.,” Tendering to
Open to all small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e., 0900 to1500 hours] at the address given below. More
details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of
Services of the Tender Document.

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees NIL in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be
obtained electronically from the Website www.tenders.go.ke) Tender documents obtained electronically will be free
of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tenders.go.ke and
www.kitui.go.ke).

Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration form signed and stamped

1. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. The format of 1, 2, 3, 4….
   (From cover page to the last page including all attachments
2. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th MAY, 2025 at 12:00PM.
   Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
3. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
   time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
   representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
4. Site visit will be carried out on FRIDAY 9TH MAY, 2025 and MONDAY 12TH MAY, 2025

5. Late tenders will be rejected.
