The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders from eligible underwriting firms for the following tender number: NCC/F&EP/AM/T/039/2021-2022.

PROVISION OF GENERAL INSURANCE SERVICE FOR THE FY YEAR 2020/2021/2022 (UNDERWRITERS ONLY)
Interested eligible underwriting firms may obtain further information from the office of the Head of County Supply Chain Management, City Hall Annexe, First Floor, and Room 105 during working hours (08.00am-1.00 pm and 2:00-5:00pm).
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from county website www.nairobi.go.ke or the national suppliers’ portal www.tenders.go.ke or obtain a soft copy from the office of the Head of County Supply Chain Management
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only the tender number and the title of the tender, should be deposited in the Tender Box, outside Head of Supply Chain Management office. City Hall Annexe 1st Floor Room 105 and be addressed to

So as to reach on or before 12.00 noon, Monday 29th March, 2021. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security for the amount of Kenya Shillings One Million only (Kshs. 1,000,000) valid for 150 days. The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the Procurement Boardroom, City Hall Annexe, 1st Floor.
