The County Government of Kwale through the County Department of Finance, Executive Services andEconomic Planning invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Repair and Maintenance Services for HeavyMachinery for a period a three (3) years. 2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National. using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on basis of frameworkagreement. 3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents duringoffice hours 0900 to 1600 at the address given below. 4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders upon visitingthewebsiteswww.kwalecountygov.com or www.tenders.go.ke or https://kwale.go.ke or www.supplier.treasury.go.keforfree. 5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the websites in (4) above. Tendererswhodownload the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@kwale.go.ke tofacilitateany further clarification or addendum. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenya shillings eigh hundred fourty eight thousandonly (848,000) in form of insurance or bank guarantee from authorized service providers approvedbythepublic procurement regulatory authority. 7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 3
rd July 2025,11:59pm.OnlyElectronic Tenders will be permitted. 9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadlinedateandtime specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designatedrepresentatives who choose to attend at the address below. 10. Late tenders will be rejected. 11.
