INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
TENDER NO. EACC/T/01/2025-2026
1. The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) invites sealed bids from eligible
candidates for Provision of Staff Medical Insurance Cover for a period of Three year
Framework contract, renewable under the same Terms annually subject to satisfactory performance.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8 am and 5 pm starting from the date of advert at the office of:

3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to Insurance underwriters or Medical Insurance Providers
with valid registration certificate from Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).
4. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the
Commission’s website www.eacc.go.ke, and PPIP (Public Procurement Information Portal)
www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately

- All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kes. 3,500,000.00 in the form of a
guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya
(CBK) or by an approved Insurance Company registered and licensed by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority (IRA) valid for 150 Days from date of tender closure. - Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through the TENDER BOX at the Ground floor
reception of Integrity Centre located at the junction Jakaya Kikwete/ Valley road Junction so as

8. The tender box will be closed immediately and late tenders will not be accepted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified through addendum. Tenders will be publicly opened
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
