INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PASTEURIZED MILK
TENDER NO. NWSC/FC/07/2025/2028.
Tender will be awarded on basis of Framework contract
The NITHI Water and Sanitation Company Ltd invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of
PASTEURIZED MILK
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non- refundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable
to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.nithiwater.co.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nithiwater.co.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@nithiwater.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,”
as appropriate] of [insert amount and currency in case of a tender Security.]
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the format
of 1,2,3,4……..
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 26th September 2025
at 11.00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected.

Completed tender documents should be serialized and be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with
tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Nithi Water and Sanitation

60400 Chuka so as to be received on or before Friday, 26
th September 2025 at 11.00am
B. Address for Opening of Tenders.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who
choose to attend at the Nithi Water and Sanitation Company main office situated, Chuka Town, P. O. Box
263-60400 Chuka at our Company Conference Hall.
