KTDA Management Services Limited on behalf of Njunu Tea Factory Company invites interested bidders for purchase of Approx. 34.6
acres of Agricultural land (wood fuel development farm) and improvements situated at Nyandarua/Ndemi, Gatondo Area, Rironi Sub-
Location area within Nyandarua County.
Size and Location
The property comprises of Two (2) Land Parcels adjacent to each other (with respective titles) and situated approximately 1.5km off Engineer
–Olkalou Road in Gatondo Area- Rironi Sub-location in Nyandarua County.
The properties are within the vicinity of Wanjohi Secondary School. The specifications are shown in the table below;

Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender document from the Procurement office located on third floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange
Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon

KTDA makes no representation regarding the title for or any other matters relating to the land including the environmental condition of
the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser. The sale of the said land is subject
to a reserve price. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered and the relevant land transfer fees. Prospective
purchasers are encouraged to view the land before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without
the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.
Sealed Bids clearly marked “Tender for Sale of Land Parcels within Nyandarua County by Njunu Tea Factory Company Ltd” and the
reference number should be addressed to;

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on Ground Floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi,
so as to be received not later than 21st October,2025 at 9.30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
