INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF DIESEL FUEL FOR BOARD’S MOBILE DRYERS
TENDER NO. NCPB/FUELLING/DRYERS/03/2025-2026
The NATIONAL CEREALS AND PRODUCE BOARD invitessealed tenders for the Provision of
Diesel fuel for its Mobile Dryers for a period of 2 years.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method Nationally using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to ALL qualified and interested Tenderers with wide
network of fuelling stations across the country.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours FROM 8.00AM to 4.30PM at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of Kenya shillings One Thousand only (Kshs 1,000.00) in
cash payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically
from NCPB’s website (www.ncpb.co.ke) or PPRA supplier portal (www.tenders.go.ke) free of
charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the NCPB’s website
(www.ncpb.co.ke) or PPRA portal supplier portal (www.tenders.go.ke) free of charge.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
NATIONAL CEREALS AND PRODUCE BOARD to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum to supplies@ncpb.co.ke or ncpbsupplies@gmail.com before the tender closing date.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for 210 days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond ofKshs OneHundred andTwentyThousand (120,000)
7. TheTenderershall chronologically and sequentiallyserialize all pages in a numerical format
1,2,3,4,5…….Including the cover page of the tender documents submitted
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 26
th November, 2025 at
12.00 noon. ElectronicTenderswill not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be closed and opened on 26th November, 2025 at 12.00 noon. Tenders will opened publicly
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
