INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF MEDICAL COVER, GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND WIBA INSURANCE COVER FOR KIAMBU COUNTY STAFF
TENDER NO: CGK/FEP/INS/1/2025/2026
1.The County Government of Kiambu invites sealed tenders for the provision of group medical
insurance plan for the financial year 2025/2026
2.Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized
tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be
allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. Tender
documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the websites www.kiambu.go.ke and
www.tenders.go.ke.
4.Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the websites
www.kiambu.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to dscm@kiambu.go.ke to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings 3,000,000 issued
by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK)
valid beyond 30 days of the tender validity period
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 14th January 2026.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified lat6r. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
