Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC) is implementing AgriBiz, a five-year programme funded F by the European Union (EU) and Danida. AgriBiz seeks to address some of the challenges inhibiting youth and women participation in agribusiness and to stimulate the growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Self-Help Groups ? (SHGs) in the agricultural sector.
The primary focus of the programme is to provide a range of services needed by women and youth-owned early stage agribusiness enterprises. It aims to offer assistance to 2,400 youth and women and will be creating 17,000 jobs in Kenya. To achieve this, the programme is opening Business Incubation Hubs (BIHs) in eight counties from where the rest of the counties will be isupported from.
We are seeking registered contractors to undertake office renovation and set up of ICT infrastructure for the Uasin Gishu Agricultural Mechanization Service (AMS) offices. The successful bidder is expected to undertake actual office partitioning, flooring, plumbing, ICT cabling and ; network infrastructure and electrical cabling.
