KENYA CLIMATE INNOVATION CENTER TENDER 2021 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DIMS) AND GREENBIZ MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR KCIC CLIENTS

Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC) is implementing GreenBiz Program which is a five-year programme supported by Danida with a focus on climate smart technologies and related innovative business models. The expected outcome is to increase commercialization, innovation, scale up and uptake of climate related solutions, which create decent jobs, increased access to low carbon energy sources, increased community and household resilience to climate change as well as other environmental and social benefits. The Program is engaged in five sectors: Agriculture; Water Management; Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency; Commercial Forestry and Waste Management.

Digital Learning Management System

KCIC is seeking a DLMS for its clients. This will act as a complimentary platform for business skills acquaintance on top of support received through business advisory, training and mentorship. The DLMS will be designed specifically to create, distribute, and manage the delivery of educational content to entrepreneurs. GreenBiz Mentorship Programme

KCIC aims at rolling out the mentorship program for the GreenBiz Program incubator and accelerator clients. The overall objective of this mentorship programme will be to sustainably improve and support clients to grow and expand through the provision of business technical assistance and mentorship support. Completed proposals should be submitted via email to procurement@kenyacic.org with subject line of “RFP 079 Provision of consultancy services for GreenBiz Mentorship Programme for KCIC Clients” by Monday 14th June 2021 by 5:00 PM East African time.
