INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ALUMINIUM SULPHATE
TENDER REF NO: ELDOWAS/T/03/2026-2027
3. The Eldoret Water and Sanitation Company Ltd invites sealed tenders for the supply of Aluminium Sulphate.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be or obtained electronically from the Website
www.eldowas.or.ke free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.eldowas.or.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
info@eldowas.or.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [“tender Security ”] of KES. 450,000.00
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th March, 2026 at 12.00
PM. Electronic Tenders [will not] be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.

Completed tender documents should be serialized and be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with
tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the MAIN OFFICE Reception
situated off Kampi Somali Road, Eldoret Town, P. O. Box 8418-30100 ELDORET or be addressed to
The Managing Director Eldoret Water and Sanitation Co. Ltd. P. O. Box 8418-30100 Eldoret so as to
be received on or before 27th March, 2026 at 12.00PM.
B. Address for Opening of Tenders.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who
choose to attend at our main office situated off Kampi Somali Road, Eldoret Town, P. O. Box 8418-
30100 Eldoret at our Company Boardroom.
