- National Communication Secretariat invites sealed tenders for Provision of management services for staff house mortgage scheme for a period of five (5) years. The contract shall be for a period of five (5) years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
- Tendering will be conducted under the RESTRICTED TENDERING procedures specified in Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and Public Procurement and Asset Disposal regulations 2020 and is open to all prequalified and interested tenders as defined in the Regulation.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
- Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website, https://www.ncs.go.ke/ or the public procurement information portal https://tenders.go.ke/
- Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to scm@ncs.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs 250,000 valid for 140 days from the date of tender opening in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya.
- The Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the sequence of 1, 2, 3.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 24th March 2026 at 11:00a.m. (East African Time). Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
