INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED EXTENSION OF EXISTING LABORATORY AND CONVERSION OF COMPUTER LABORATORY TO SCIENCE LABORATORY AT ST. JOSEPH’S
HIGH SCHOOL.
The ST. JOSEPH’S HIGH SCHOOL invites sealed tenders for the construction of PROPOSED
EXTENSION OF EXISTING LABORATORY AND CONVERSION OF COMPUTER LABORATORY TO
SCIENCE LABORATORY AT ST. JOSEPH’S HIGH SCHOOL
Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to 1630 hours at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (one thousand kenya shillings only) in cash or Banker’s
Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from
the https://tenders.go.ke website(s). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://tenders.go.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
saintjosephgithunguri@yahoo.com to facilitake any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
90 days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Ksh 60,000.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00AM, 24TH MARCH
2026. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
