INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ARDHI HOUSE AT KIRITIRI, EMBU COUNTY.
INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) NO. REF :SDLP/783/0045/2025-2026
1. The STATE DEPARTMENT FOR LANDS AND PHYSICAL PLANNING invites
sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ARDHI HOUSE AT KIRITIRI, EMBU COUNTY.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tender is RESERVED FOR
AGPO-WOMEN CATEGORY.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers registered by the National Construction Authority in category NCA4 and
above may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700
hours at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded from the website
(https://egpkenya.go.ke).
4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 154
days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Securing Declaration”
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through (https://egpkenya.go.ke).
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline on 31.03.2026 at 10.01 am as specified in the Egp
system or any date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend as provided in the eGP.
