TENDER NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
1.1 The Turkana County government invites s sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Supply and
Delivery of medical equipment to turkana county government.

1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the
tender documents at the TURKANA COUNTY, Procurement department,
Lodwar-Kitale RD off Nawoitorong street, TCG HQs Offices, during normal working hours.
1.3 A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of
charge from the county website:http://www.turkana.go.ke/index.php/documentcategory/turkana-tenders/.

1.3 Completed tender documents MUST be accompanied by a security in the form and amount
specified in the tender documents. These are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with
tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at Procurement department, LodwarKitale RD off Nawoitorong street, TCG HQs Offices or be addressed to Turkana county
government, Procurement department, TCG HQs Offices, Lodwar-Kitale RD off Nawoitorong
street so as to be received on or before Thursday 26th March 2026 at 11:00am.
1.4 Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes at delivery costs and a PPRA capacity building
levy of 0.03% of the quoted amount. Currency must be in Kenya Shillings (or any other easily
convertible currency) and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
1.5 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their
representatives who choose to attend at the PROCUREMENT HALL
Any canvassing or giving off false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
