County Government of Samburu invites interested and eligible bidders for SUPPLY & DELIVERY
OF ECDE FOODSTUFF.
Tendering will be conducted through the open tender procedures specified in the PPDA, 2015 and
the Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from
Procurement Office, Treasury Building Maralal or our website www.samburu.go.ke, or
www.tender.go.ke. Documents may be downloaded free of charge from www.samburu.go.ke.or
www.tenders.go.ke using above IFMIS Negotiation number.
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier portal so as to be
received not later than Thursday 23rd APRIL 2026 at 10.00 am.
Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documents in the integrated
management system (IFMIS) Supplier portal may obtain assistance from IFMIS Desk on

Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tenders Must be submitted
