INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NON PHARMACEUTICALS FOR MSAMBWENI COUNTY REFFERAL HOSPITAL
3. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KWALE invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY
OF NON PHARMACEUTICALS FOR MSAMBWENI COUNTY REFFERAL HOSPITAL Tendering
will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
open to all qualified and interested Tenderers (AS SPECIFIED ON PART 4. OF ITT).
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of (NIL Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address
given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website((www.kwalecountygov.com)). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.kwalecountygov.com OR www.supplier.treasury.go.ke ).
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing declaration form
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Please note that
all pages of the tender documents and attachments submitted by bidders shall be sequentially serialized.
That is, serialization shall be undertaken by the bidder, by doing fresh numbering on its documents. The
pagination of the tender documents as downloaded should not be used as a means of Serialization. The
bidder’s serialization should follow the same logical sequence from the first page to the end.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 7th May 2026 at 10:00
AM. Electronic Tenders – NATIONAL TREASURY SUPPLIER PORTAL. www.supplier.treasury.co.ke
10. MANUAL TENDER SUBMISSION WIILL NOT be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected (This will be done automatically by the system immediately after deadline of
tender submission.
13. Paragraph 3(1) of The Levy Order, 2023; provides that there shall be paid a Levy by a supplier on all
procurement contracts signed between the supplier and a procuring entity, at the rate of zero point zero
three per centum (0.03%) of the value of the signed contract, exclusive of applicable taxes.
