NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND MAGARINI TENDER 2021 

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the Magarini N6-CDF office, during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents containing detailed information on the tender may be obtained from National Government Constituency Development Fund, Magarini office situated at Gongoni next to the Gongoni police station at a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1000/= during official working hours.

Alternatively, tender documents may be downloaded from the NGCDF Board website or the Public Procurement Information Portal [PPIP] by visiting www.ngcdf.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke

Eligibility

Only bidders who meet the following criteria, which must be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary evidence, shall be considered for further evaluation;

1. Valid National Construction Authority Certificate at least Category 7 in Building works [NCA 7)
2. Valid bidder security/bid bond of at least 2% of the bid price in form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or PPOA authorised Insurance Company located in Kenya, valid for at least 120 days from the date of bid opening
3. Proof of Business Incorporation or registration
4. fa Proof of Tax Payer Registration [PIN/VAT]
5. Proof of a valid Tax compliance
6. Proof of having a Local Single business Permit
7. All pages of the document must be serialised
8. Must provide evidence of contract completed in the last 3 years
9. Attach copies of Audited Financial Reports for the last 3 years
10. Duly filled Tender Forms
11. Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
12. Dully filled Tender Questionnaire
13. Attach a copy of tender purchase receipt

Bidders are highly advised to visit the site before bidding as no claim will be accepted after bidding. Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Description should be addressed to:

The sealed tender documents shall be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Magarini NG-CDF offices situated in Gongoni next to Gongoni police station on or before 14^th May, 2021 at 10.00am. Documents submitted after this will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening in the NG-CDF Boardroom.

NG-CDF Magarini reserves the right to reject any tender or all the tenders without giving reasons for rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
