TENDER NOTICE

JUDICIAL SERVICE STAFF SUPERANNUATION [JSSS) DEFINED CONTRIBUTION SCHEME INVITATION TO TENDER – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Judicial Service Staff Superannuation Defined Contribution Scheme invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following tenders:

Interested and eligible candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke  or the Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP] website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing through email on dscms@court.go.ke at least seven [7 No.] days to the closing date of the tender. All Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender. The Proposals must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs. 100,000 in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority [PPRA] payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The proposals must be paginated and serialized sequentially pursuant to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.

Completed Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals are to be sealed and in separate envelopes and enclosed in one plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the specific Tender Number and Reference and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the security entrance, Supreme Court building -City hall way, Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

So as to be received on or before the dates of submission indicated as above. Technical proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening meeting, virtually through the link as shown above.
