Interested and eligible candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing. All Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites. A mandatory site visit for bidders for all projects will be held on 19th March, 2021 at 10.00am
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender. The Tenders must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs. 5,000,000 (Five Million) in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The tenders must be paginated and serialized sequentially pursuant to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked as per the information provided in the table above under Tender Number and Description and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the security entrance, Supreme Court building -city hall way, Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom Room located at the 2nd floor room 74 supreme court city hall way, Nairobi, Kenya or as may be advised by the client.
