The Witness Protection Agency (WPA) is an independent and autonomous State Agency established under the Witness Protection Act, No. 16 of 2006. The object and purpose of the Agency is to provide the framework and procedures for giving special protection, on behalf of the State, to persons in possession of important information and who are facing potential risk or intimidation due to their co-operation with prosecution and other law enforcement agencies as stated in Section 3B of the Witness Protection Act, 2006.
The Agency invites interested firms for the Expression of Interest in implementing an Upgrade and Enhancement of Micro- soft Dynamics Nav 2015 to Dynamics 365 Business Central on Premise.
The purpose of the upgrade is to enhance efficiency, adhere to software lifecycle, expand functionality, improve security, improve user experience and enhance reporting for decision-making.
The existing system is customized and integrated with the following modules: Financial Management, Human Resource, Payroll and Stores management.
Scope of work
- Upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2015 to Dynamics 365 Business Central (on premise) ERP
- Customize the existing modules for Financial management, Human Resource, Payroll Management and Stores Management
- Implement new processes and modules for Fleet Management, Office Administration, Help desk, Planning and Research, Internal audit services, Legal services and full Supply Chain
- Data migration
- User training, documentation and support
Mandatory requirements;
Interested Firms must submit the following mandatory information and their supporting documents;
- Certificate of Incorporation
- CR 12 indicating Directors/shareholders
- Business Permit and office location
- Tax compliance certificate
- Dully filled, signed & stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire (Form S33).
- Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central addressed to Witness Protection
- ICT Authority supplier accreditation certificate.
- The firm must have been in existence for not less than seven (7) years undertaking ERP implementation.
- The firm shall demonstrate as having successfully executed and completed at least three (3 ) projects of similar nature (provide award letter/contract and certificate of completion).
