KENYA REVENUE AUTHORITY TENDER APRIL 2026 

TENDER NOTICE 
1. The Kenya Revenue Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following
tenders:

1. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents
   with detailed requirements at the office of the:
   Deputy Commissioner – Supply Chain Management
   Times Tower Building, 21st Floor,
   P.O Box 48240– 00100 GPO,
   Nairobi, Kenya.

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from KRA E-Procurement
   portal available on the KRA website www.kra.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information
   Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should register for E-Procurement
   to enable them access the KRA portal under “New Supplier Registration” found under the
   Tender Tab.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
   Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be saved as PDF
   documents marked KRA/HQS/NCB -063/2025-2026: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
   COLOUR AND BLACK-AND-WHITE PRINTERS and submitted to the appropriate KRA Eprocurement

Web Portal found on the KRA website so as to be received on or before 6th May 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
5. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering isOpen to all the Eligible bidders.
6. A tender security of Kshs. 150,000.00 shall be required. The validity of the bid security shall be 365
days from the date of submission i.e. valid up to 5th May, 2027.
Note: An original hard copy of the Bid Security of not less than the indicated amount
or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency must be dropped in the Tender
Security Box located at Times Tower Building, Ground Floor any day before the tender
closing date. The Bid Security must be in a sealed envelope bearing the Tender
Description and addressed to the address indicated above. Alternatively, bidders may
submit a digital security. A digital Security must be verifiable through secure means
such as QR code or an online portal, dedicated email, etc and must be submitted in the
notes and attachment folder in the SAP Portal on or before the tender closing date and time.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours i.e.0800 to 1700 hours.
8. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the
website www.kra.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to eprocurement@kra.go.ke, to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
9. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes and levies. Tenders
shall remain valid for 335 days from the date of opening of tenders
11. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
13. Late tenders will be rejected
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
