NG-CDF NYARIBARI MASABA CONSTITUENCY TENDER OCTOBER 2023 

Nyaribari Masaba NG-CDF invites bids from interested and qualified contractors for the Completion of Tuition Block at Getare Girls Secondary School described below.

Interested bidders are asked to inspect and obtain the complete set of tender document[s] from the Accounts Clerk office at Getare Girls Secondary School during normal working hours upon payment of non- refundable fee of ONE thousand shillings (Kshs. 1,000],

Mandatory requirements supported by requisite certified copies of certificates [to be attached to the bid document before submission].

1. Certificate of incorporation[CERTIFIED]
2. Valid NCA certificate under category 7 and above[CERTIFIED]
3. Valid KRA tax compliance[CERTIFIED]
4. Valid KRA PIN/VAT certificate[CERTIFIED]
5. Duly filled form of tender
6. Filled confidential business questionnaire
7. In addition, interest bidders must show proof of the following:
8. Key technical staff to be engaged
9. Bank account in the name of a company
10. Similar works undertaken in the last 3 years.
11. Audited accounts for the last 1 year.
12. Copy of receipts.
