PROPOSED RENOVATION OF 30 STAFF ACCOMMODATION ROOMS AT IRC HAGADERA RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND

INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE, INC. KENYA COUNTRY PROGRAM TENDER OCTOBER 2023 

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

In partnership with [DONOR], the IRC is undertaking renovation of 30 staff accommodation rooms at IRC Hagadera residential compound in Garissa County and has a requirement for the following.

Interested and suitably qualified potential contractors may request complete tender information from the IRC Procurement Office located at Hagadera Field Office. OR May download complete tender information and RFP documents [Scope of Work/BOQs] from IRC website http://www.rescue.org/about/procurement

Site visit is A MUST FOR ALL POTENTIAL SUPPLIER.

Interested Potential Suppliers should be at IRC Hagadera offices on October 30, 2023, by 9.00am for the site visit.

The bidder’s proposal shall comprise of technical proposal and financial proposal together with all the required documents as per clause 7 in the Request for Proposal.

All bids are to be physically placed in the TENDER BOX provided at IRC HAGADERA FIELD OFFICE.

Potential contractors from Garissa County are highly encouraged to bid

Bids should be submitted on/ or before Wednesday 8th November 2023,5:00PM. EAT.

Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Please note that IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest priced tender or bid, or any tender or bid submitted, and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
