COUNTRY PROGRAM 

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

In partnership with various Donors, the IRC has a requirement for the following vehicle hire Services.

Bidders’ proposal shall be submitted Physically as per the tender instructions.

Bidder’s proposal shall comprise of technical proposal and financial proposal together with all the required documents as per clause 7 in the Request for Proposal.

Bid documents shall be placed in the IRC Tender Box at IRC LODWAR FIELD OFFICE in sealed envelopes not later than 2^nd  November ,2023 BY 5:00 PM EAT,

Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Please note that IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest priced tender or bid or any tender or bid submitted, and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
