INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 2NO. CLASSROOM AND ADMINISTRATION BLOCK (STAFFROOM, SECRETARY’S OFFICE, ACCOUNTS
OFFICE AND MANAGER’S OFFICE) AND 4NO. CUBICLE PIT LATRINE AT KAGOMBANI YOUTH POLYTECHNIC IN MAGARINI WARD – KILIFI COUNTY.
The County Government of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Construction of 2No.
Classroom and Administration Block (Staffroom, Secretary’s Office, Accounts Office and
Manager’s Office) and 4No. Cubicle Pit Latrine at Kagombani Youth Polytechnic in
Magarini Ward – Kilifi County.
Tendering will be conducted under Request for Quotations using a standardized tender document.
1. Tendering is open to eligible bidders selected from the Kilifi County
Government Prequalification list
2. The Tenderer will submit any request for clarifications in writing addressed to
supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to reach the Procuring Entity to later than 3 working days
before the Tender Opening Date.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites
http://www.tenders.go.ke and www.kilifi.go.ke. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
http://www.tenders.go.ke and www.kilifi.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall
remain valid for 150 days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenya Shillings Two
Hundred and Fourteen Thousand (Kshs.214,000.00) only from a Commercial
Bank or Insurance Company.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be uploaded electronically to the IFMI Son or before 22nd April, 2026 at
1100 Hrs. Manual Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be electronically opened
10. Late tenders will be rejected
