INVITATION TO TENDER

CONSTRUCTION OF A DORMITORY AT MANGU HIGH SCHOOL (PHASE I)

Mangu High School invites sealed bids from eligible -bidders for the construction of the proposed 1.3km Perimeter wall.

Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00.

The following conditions and documents are mandatory and shall form part of determination of responsiveness.

Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
Copy of valid Tax Compliance
Copy of KRA Pin Certificate
Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
Registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA) Category NCA5 (Building) and above
Proof of payment for tender document
Provision of Bids Security of Kshs. 600,000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee/Insurance.
Copy of CR 12 with copies of Director’s IDs
Detailed company profile showing adequate relevant equipment (owned or lease) and qualified personnel.
Proof of similar work of similar magnitude
Certified copy of audited financial report from a reputable firm for the last three years.
