FRIENDS SCHOOL KAMUSINGA TENDER SEPTEMBER 2021  

This is to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following tender:

Interested and eligible candidates may obtain tender documents from the accounts office upon paying Ksh.1,000/= nonrefundable. Sealed bids must be submitted to the address below or be deposited in the school tender box on or before 12/10/2021 by 10.00a.m.and thereafter opening of bids will be done in the school’s Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives same day and time.

You must fulfill the following conditions;

1. 1 category of Registered with National Construction Authority in the relevant trade and or any statutory bodies for building works: NCA 4 and above.
2. Certified of valid single business permit with relevant County Government Authority.
3. Certified copy of valid Tax compliance issued by Kenya Revenue Authority.
4. Certified copy of company certificate of incorporation / certificate of registration.
5. Dully signed and stamped form of tender.
6. Provision of Bid Bond security of Kshs. 300,000 from reputable bank or approved Insurance firm by PPRA.
7. Certified copy of CR12 and must provide copies of IDs/Passports for Directors.
8. Certified renewed copy of practising license with NCA as per tender notice.
9. Certified KRA= Pin and VAT certificates issued by KRA.
10. All pages MUST be serialized/paged.
11. All prices MUST be tax inclusive.
