The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH implements the global project Water and Energy for Food (WE4F) as commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

WE4F aims to promote and to strength the use of climate-friendly, energy- and water-efficient innovations for more productive and ecologically sustainable food production.
