- The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for Request for Proposal for
Consultancy service on training TOT’s on public participation for Nairobi county assembly
staff. Tendering will be conducted under Request for proposals using a standardized tender
documentfor consultancy services - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Request for
Proposal Documents during office hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm at the address given below. Request
for Proposal documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the National suppliers’
Website (www.tenders.go.ke) and Nairobi county website www.nairobi.go.ke . -
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only
tender number and title should be deposited in tender box located at the reception of the Supply
Chain Management Department offices, City Hall, 4th Floor Room 400 on or before 28th April,
2026 at 10.00am addressed to the following address.

- Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

The Requestfor proposal Documents will be opened immediately afterthe deadline date and time
specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below. Late tenders will be rejected.
