REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 

TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an aid-for-trade organisation that was established in 2010, with the aim of growing prosperity in the region through increased trade. TMEA operates on a not-for-profit basis and is funded by the development partners from: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, European Union, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom and United States of America. TMEA works closely with regional inter­governmental organisations, including the African Union (AU), East Africa Community (EAC), Common Market for East and Southern Africa (COMESA), Southern African Development Community, national governments, the private sector, and civil society organisations.

TMEA wishes to invite interested qualified and reputable firms/consortiums to participate in the following tender:

  1. PRQ20211126 – Design, Development and Deployment of The Malawi National Trade Information Portal;
  2. PRQ20211081 – Pre-Feasibility Diagnostic Study on Socio-Economic Development of the Kenya and Ethiopia Sections of the Lamu Port South Sudan Ethiopia Transport Corridor; and
  3. PRQ20210796 – Consultancy Services to Provide Long Term Technical Assistance Kenya AFCFTA Negotiations, Capacity Building, Implementation of AFCFTA Strategy and Communication Plan.

Interested and qualified firms/consortium MUST submit separate technical and financial proposals via TMEA procurement mailbox at the address procuremenfS’trademarkea.com. The maximum size of each email with attachments should not exceed 5 MB.
