The State Department of Aviation and Aerospace Department invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the
request for proposal (RFP) – consultancy services for carrying out design review management, contract administration
and construction supervision of the proposed design, development, and modernization of Jomo Kenyatta
International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi, Kenya.
1) The tender documents and other supplementary information detailing tendering procedures, requirements
and guidelines are available in the following websites; www.transport.go.ke or Public Procurement Information
Portal www.tenders.go.ke
2) There will be mandatory online Pre-bid, on the following days i.e. 7th May 2026 from 1000HRS EAT.
3) The tender closing date shall be 26th May 2026 at 1100HRS EAT
4) Completed tenders clearly marked with the tender number shall be submitted in hard copies, deposited in
the tender box at Reception, Ground Floor, Transcom House, Ngong Rd, Nairobi, Kenya, addressed to the
