This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in UNDB on-line AfDB1338-10/19 on 03rd October 2019 and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website fwww.afdb.org) and on the East African Community (EAC) website fwww.eac.int).
The EAC has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) toward the cost of the EAC Payment and Settlement Systems Integration Project (EAC-PSSIP-South Sudan). It Is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Automated Transfer System (ATS+) a hybrid system that include the automated clearing house (ACH), real time gross settlement system (RTGS) and central securities depository system (CSD).
The EAC Secretariat now invites you to submit a sealed bid for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of an Automated Transfer System with Integrated Instant Funds Transfer (ATS+) and Central Securities Depository (CSD) for Bank of South Sudan (BOSS).

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods.
The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration, using the form included in the bidding document. The Bid Security to accompany the bid shall be US$ 20,000.00
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th March, 2023 at 10:00 CAT. Late Bids will be rejected.
