The Lake Victoria Basin Commission (LVBC) received financing from the EAC Partner States for the construction of its Headquarters in Kisumu, Kenya. LVBC now invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Tender for Proposed Construction of Office Block for the LVBC Headquarters, Phase Two.
Bidders are requested to take note of the following information.

| Pre-Bid Meeting | 15th February 2023: To be held at the Site immediately after the site inspection. |
| Bid Submission Deadline | 10th March 2023 at 11.00 a.m. local time. |
| Bid Opening Date | 10th March 2023 at 11.30 a.m. local time. Bidders or their representatives may attend. |
| Bid Security | Irrevocable Bank Guarantee of US $20,000 |

Telegraphic, Fax, E-mail and other electronic submissions will not be accepted. No liability will be acceptable for loss or late delivery and late submissions will be rejected.
