Advent Valuers Limited is a Limited Liability Property Consultancy Company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, under the Companies Act, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Kenya.
On behalf of our client, we hereby invite bids from eligible construction companies for the proposed housing development in Kisumu City.

Alternatively, the tender documents can be purchased from the offices of Advent Valuers Ltd upon payment of Kshs 1,000.00.
There shall be organized pre-tender site visit to Kisumu on 17th September 2021, whose details shall be provided in the tender document. Prospective bidders will however assemble at our Kisumu office, located on 2nd floor, Harleys Building, Oginga Odinga Street for briefing. Bidders should adhere to Covid-19 protocols during the visit.
The sealed bids MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name and Tender Number and be deposited in the tender box at Our Head Office located Suite 3 , Jabavu Road/ Jabavu Lane Junction, Hurlingham- Nairobi on or before Friday, 24th September 2021 at 12.00 P.M.
The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at our head office in Jabavu Road/ Jabavu Lane Junction, Hurlingham, Nairobi.
