INVITATION TO TENDER
DISPOSAL OF OLD MOTORCYCLES
TENDER NUMBER: KWSC/DISP/001/2025 – 2026
1. The Kisumu Water and Sanitation Company Limited now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to
purchase Assorted Boarded Items.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will be
sold as they are, without any encumbrances
3. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours i.e from 8.00hrs to 1700hrs during
weekdays at the address given below. A viewing day has been set for Monday, the 20th day of April 2026 from
10.30am at KIWASCO Headquarters. This is apart from the fact that tenderers may still view the items any day
of their convenience before the closing date at the times indicated above.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates at the company website
www.kiwasco.co.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal’s website https://tenders.go.ke. Free
of charge. Tenderers who download the tender documents must forward their particulars immediately to e-mail
procurement@kiwasco.co.ke, to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Tenderers are urged to check
our website from time to time for any clarifications or addendum.
5. Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions
to tenderers.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 28th April 2026, 11.00am.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for the period to be
determined by the Procuring Entity from the closing date of the tender.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
