EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF UNIVERSITY
END TO END ERP SYSTEM
TENDER REF: USIU-A/EOI/2/ERP/11/2022
United States International University-Africa intends to implement an efficient, manageable and cost effective, End to End Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to address key functions. The ERP is expected to integrate with other systems and be able to handle needs of various Faculties, Departments, Schools and Directorates.
The University therefore invites interested, eligible and reputable firms/consortiums with a track record of implementing similar solutions successfully and capable of offering solutions with on-site support to send their “Expression of Interest” for the supply, installation and commissioning of an ERP system.
Relevant interested firms must have carried out similar assignments to other reputable Institutions of Higher Learning.
Interested parties should submit an expression of interest together with copies of the following mandatory documents:
- Detailed Company Profile
- CR 12 Business Registration Certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation or Registration
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate and PIN Certificate
- Single Business License for existing facility or facilities
- Evidence of a registered office and its physical address
- CVs of key personnel indicating background of relevant qualifications, experience in handling similar projects in the last 5 years
- Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years
- Proof of experience in installation of ERP Systems in at least three (3) Universities/ Institutions of Higher Learning, submit references
- Submit sample literature of the proposed System
Selection shall be carried out through a pre-qualification process and thereafter, the qualified firms shall be issued with Request for Proposals (Technical and Financial) containing the full scope of requirements and terms of reference.
