EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 

FRESHPICK PROCESSORS (EPZ) LIMITED 

Expression of Interest (EOIs) for acquisition or leasing of the assets of Freshpick Processors (EPZ) Limited (FPL).
Freshpick Processors (EPZ) Ltd is a manufacturing Company located in Freshpick Processors EPZ Zone in Msabaha,
Malindi, Kilifi County. The Company operates a fruit processing plant which processes mangoes and pineapples
into single strength fruit puree.
The shareholders of the FPL seek to invite interested parties to submit written EOIs to:
1. Acquire and take over all the assets of the Company.
2. Enter into a leasing arrangement to operate the business.
Some of the main assets of the Company comprise of:
1. Complete mango and banana processing line with an installed capacity of 18,000MT p.a together with
an Office wing, 7 fruit ripening chambers with a capacity of IMT each and a laboratory and a briquetting
plant.
The processing line is set-up to process mango/banana puree and mango concentrate but with minimal
investment, the processing line can be reconfigured to additional processing lines (e.g., pineapple,
passion) with minimal investment.
2. Systems ancillary to the processing line including a fully operational boiler unit, and an electronic weighbridge.
The factory is situated on a well-serviced 10-acre plot of land.
3. A fully function water treatment system with a capacity of 2,000litres per hour together with a chiller and
compressor units.
4. An on-site power station and an industrial 625/500KW (diesel) stand-by generator.
