INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOODSTUFFS.

Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement.
3. The KILFI COUNTY GOVERNMNET- EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT invites tenders for the:
KCG/EXEC/1085703/2022/2023/2023/2024/2024/2025
4. Tendering will be conducted under open National method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to
all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. THIS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT IS OPEN TO ALL ELIGIBLE BIDDERS
6. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one Contract
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours
08.00AM to 5.00 PM at the address given below.
8. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kilifi.go.ke) or the Government
Tender Portal PPIP. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
9. NO security is required
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders must be scanned and uploaded in the IFMIS Tender Portal(www.supplier.treasury.go.ke) on or
before 2ND November 2022 at 11.30 am
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time
specified later. Tenders will be opened in the IFIMS TENDE Portal-supplier.treasury.go.ke
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
