NOTE: There shall be mandatory site visits for the new contractors as indicated in the bid document, certificates issued to contractors during the initial visits are still valid but bid bonds need to be re-validated.

Completed tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal; http://supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender so as to be received on or before the tender closing date on Tuesday 4th March, 2020 at 11.00 a.m.
The bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the boardroom of the assembly clerk in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
