FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY, COLLATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL KIT ITEMS FOR ONE (1) YEAR
1. The Jomo Kenyatta Foundation (JKF) recruited three thousand (3,000) scholarship beneficiaries under the
Ministry of Education (MoE) Elimu scholarship Programme funded by the World Bank Group (WBG).
2. The Jomo Kenyatta Foundation invites sealed bids for Supply, Collation and Distribution of School
kits for one year Framework Agreement basis for the Financial Year 2023 – 2024.
3. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive Method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers. Tender will
be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement.
4. Please obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of the Head of
Supply Chain and Logistics at JKF Head Office situated in Dennis Pritt Road (Kilimani-Caledonia
area) Nairobi during normal working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and
2.00p.m. – 4.30p.m.or from our website: www.jkf.co.ke or the Public Procurement Information
Portal: www.tenders.go.ke. or to address below: -,

5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from our website www.jkf.co.ke or
the Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tender.go.ke. Candidates who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to register at the procurement office on
ground floor or through the official e-mail address: info@jkf.co.ke . Also Interested bidders may
obtain a complete set of bidding documents in hard copy upon payment of a non- refundable fee
of KSh. 1,000.00 payable to the Cashier at JKF Head Office (Ground floor)
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Securing Declaration form (r.22) for Special groups
with AGPO membership Dully filled, Signed and Stamped.
7. Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Tender Name
and Number should be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Reception Area of JKF Head
Office or addressed to: –

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address in 7 above. The same
will be used for obtaining further information, Purchasing tender documents and submission of
tenders.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
