The Government of Kenya(GoK) has received financing from the International
Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Kenya Livestock
Commercialization Project(KeLCoP) and intends to apply part of the financing
to payments for contracts for goods, works and services.
The procurement program for the upcoming period, 1st July 2025 to 30th June
2026 will include the following procurements under open competitive bidding
procedures:

| 3. | Procurement of 65 Microsoft 365 license-Microsoft 365 Business Standard Suite for PMCU and Counties |
| 4. | Procurement of breeding stock : 210 Dorper Sheep Ewes
80 Dorper Sheep Rams 220 gala goats does 80 Gala bucks 180 dairy goats does 80 dairy goat bucks |
| 5. | Provision of Minor repair and services for motor vehicles as and when need arises for PMCU and Project Counties |
| 6. | Provision of Conference facilities as and when need arises for PMCU and Counties |
| 7. | Procurement of 800 beehives and 32 honey harvesting kits for Indig- enous Persons (IP) Communities |
| 8. | Procurement of assorted pastures and trees seeds and seedings: 4700 Kgs of Cencus ciliaris,
1200 Boma Rhodes grass seeds, 600kgs of Brachalia seeds, 5000 Fruit tree seedlings and 40,000 tree seedlings |
| 9. | Procurement of a service provider for the establishment of 8 Tree nurs- eries for the 8 Indigenous Persons(IP) Communities |
| 10. | Provision of internet connection for PMCU |
| 11. | Procurement of a service provider to establish Kitchen gardens in the four ASAL Counties of Samburu, Marsabit, Baringo and Elgeyo Marak- wet as follows:-
24000m2 Shade nets with supporting structure, 1000 Cone gardens, 1000 Vertical garden bags 1000 of 500 litres water tanks with stand, 400 Drip kits including installation charges and Assorted planting materials |
