Tender documents containing detailed information on the tender can be obtained from national government constituency development fund malindi at the office which is opposite DCCS office besides MAWASCO and KPLC at a non-refundable fee of ksh 1000/= during the official working hours.

Eligibility

Only bidders who meet the following criteria, which must be demonstrated by attaching relevant documentary evidence shall be considered for further evaluation

The following must be submitted together with bid

  • Provide certificate of incorporation/business
  • Proof of tax payer registration (PIN/VAT)
  • Proof of valid tax compliance
  • CR-12/ID
  • All pages of the documents must be serialized from cover page
  • Dully filled form of tender
  • Filled confidential business questionnaire
  • Official receipt

Note: tenderers should provide bid bonds on project 1. From a bank or limited company

Other requirements 

  • List of equipment’s either owned or hired
  • Key technical staff to engaged
  • List of similar work i.e attached LPO or certificates
  • Audited accounts for the last two years for tender 1 and 2
  • Certified bank statements the name of the company(attach six month bank statement)
  • Litigation history of the company(both court and arbitration cases)
  • Evidence of sound financial standing and access to bank credit line

Any information can be obtained from the NG-CDF offices situated in Malindi opposite DCCs Office besides MAWASCO and KPLC during normal working hours

Prices quoted MUST BE NET i.e. inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery costs and should remain valid for 90 days from the closing/opening date

Completed documents shall be sealed and marked as stated in the particular tender document and be deposited in the tender box labeled located at the NG-CDF office reception area addressed to:

Submitted tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter on the closing date in the presence of the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend the opening in the Malindi NG-CDF boardroom, Malindi offices
