  1. Complete Set of Tender Documents may be obtained free of charge by interested tenders/consultants electron­ically from the State Department for Mining website, www.mibema.go.ke and Government of Kenya tender portal, www.tenders.go.ke.
  2. Duly Completed tender documents enclosed in a plain, sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender name and tender number should be deposited in the tender box located on the second floor, works Building, Ngong Road, Nairobi so as to reach on or before Tuesday 27th February, 2024 at 10:00a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
  3. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at third floor board room, works building, Ngong Road, Nairobi.

Tender No. MMBE&MA/SDM/040/2023-2024, Tender documents to be clearly labelled and deposited at the tender box located at The Kisumu County Commissioner’s office and to be opened immediately after the deadline at the Kisumu Regional Mining office in Kisumu County.

Tender No. MMBE&MA/SDM/041/2023-2024, Tender documents to be to be clearly labelled and deposited at the Tender box located at The Kwale County Commisioner’s office and to be opened immediately after the deadline date at the Kwale Regional Mining office in Kwale County.
