INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES
The National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) invites bids from Insurance Service Providers for
provision of the following Insurance Services for a period of ONE (1) year;

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the National
Gender and Equality Commission, offices situated at Solution Tech Place Building, Longonot Road,
Upper Hill, Nairobi on Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm Documents can be downloaded
from our website: www.ngeckenya.org or www.tenders.go.ke for free or bought at our offices upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of one thousand shillings (Kshs 1,000/-) per set of documents in cash.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with Tender name and reference
number and deposited in the Tender Box located in our offices at the Reception area, First Floor or if by post to be
addressed to:

so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 26th July 2022 at 11.00 am East African time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose
