INVITATION TO TENDER
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Laptops, Desktop Computers and Printers as Per Specification
4. The Assets Recovery Agency invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e Supply, Delivery
and Installation of Laptops, Desktop Computers and Printers.
- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested AGPO Tenderers. - Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with the National
Treasury’s under the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO). - Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below. - A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the website
www.assetsrecovery.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will
be free of charge. - Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.assetsrecovery.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@assetsrecovery.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and stamped Tender-Securing Declaration Form
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 21st
April 2026 at 1100hrs. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. -
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
