LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR MINISTRY OF ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT,CLIMATE CHANGE,FORESTRY,NATURALAND MINERAL RESOURCES FOR A PERIOD OF 5
(FIVE) YEARS – KITUI TOWN

TENDER NO. CGOKTI/MEECCFNR/004/2023-2024 
1. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KITUI invites sealed tenders for leasing of OFFICE SPACE WITHIN KITUI TOWN FOR A PERIOD OF 5 (FIVE) YEARS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
open to all eligible bidders/Landlords who have valid documents.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900
to 1600 hours at the address given below.

4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from the County Government of Kitui website
www.kitui.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their full contact addresses (i.e email, telephone number and postal address) immediately to
the email procurement@kitui.go.ke. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Noon, Friday 19th January 2024.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified
later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
