during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed
envelopes, marked with the tender reference number and name ‘‘for State Department for Public
Service in Nairobi’’ and deposited in the tender Box on 2nd Floor, Telposta Towers, Kenyatta Avenue,
