NATIONAL COMPETETIVE BIDING (NCB) 
  1. The National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation now invites bids from eligible bidders for the mentioned tenders as below:

  1. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates on the National Commis­sion for Science Technology and Innovation website-www.nacosti.go.ke.
  2. The date of Publication on the website for the tenders will be on 10th August, 2021 and closing/opening date will be on 24th August, 2021 at 10.00 am.
  3. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the office of the Head, Supply Chain Management Services, National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation, NACOSTI Building, Upper Kabete Road, 1st Floor Room 101 P.O Box 30623 – 00100, NAIROBI, during normal working hours.
  4. Completed tender documents shall be received in hard copy. One Original Tender document and One Copy of the tender document.
  5. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management Unit NACOSTI Building, Upper Kabete Road, 1st Floor Room 101 P.O Box 30623 – 00100, NAIROBI.
  6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening date and the tender for Provision of Medical Service Providers for Board Members and Staff must be accompanied by a bid security of Kenya Shil­lings of Two Hundred Thousand (Kshs. 200,000), Provision of Insurance Services for GPA/WIBA for Board members and Staff must be accompanied by a bid security of Kenya Shillings of Sixty Thousand (Kshs. 60,000) and Provision of Insurance Services for Group Life Assurance for Staff must be accompanied by a bid security of Kenya Shillings of Sixty Thousand (Kshs. 60,000). The bid security shall be in the form of a bank guarantee and must be from a reputable bank supervised by Central Bank in Kenya or PPRA approved insurance firm.
  7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10.00 am Local Time on 24th August, 2021 at the Ground Floor Conference Room of:
