PARTITIONING OF KIPPRA OFFICES AT BISHOPS GARDEN TOWERS 5TH AND 8TH FLOORS

TENDER NOTICE 

The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis- KIPPRA invites sealed tenders from eligible
Contractors or their authorized agents for Partitioning of office Space.

Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents from the Institute’s website www.kippra.or.ke/
tender or Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. The document can also be
purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000 in cash or bankers’ cheque at the Institute, 7th
floor bishop garden towers, bishop’s road during normal working hours (8:00am-5.00pm).
Bidders who download the tender document from the website will be required to register the tender at the Institute’s
procurement office before submission date to facilitate communication in case of any clarification.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and levies, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for
150 days from the closing date of the tender. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of five hundred
thousand shillings (500,000) from a reputable financial institution, insurance company or a banker’s cheque
payable to the Institute and must be valid for 180 days after submission deadline.
The completed tender documents to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes bearing the Tender name, tender
reference and should be enclosed separately in (‘original’ and ‘copy’) and deposited in the tender box at the
Institute’s offices, 7th floor east wing bishop garden towers, bishops’ road, Nairobi and addressed to;

So as to be received on or before 1st December 2022 at 11:00am East African Time. Bids received after
11:00am shall be rejected.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose
to attend at the Institute’s Boardroom located on 7th floor Bishops Garden towers at 11:00am East African Time.
